When its 4–6" blooms open in the springtime, they fill the air with delightfully sweet perfume that beckons hummingbirds and butterflies. The clusters of lavender to blue flowers look fabulous whether growing in the garden or in a cut-flower display. Its dark green foliage turns burgundy when fall arrives. A perfect choice for small spaces, Miss Kim Lilac grows to 4–9' tall with a 5–7' spread. For best results, plant this variety where it will receive maximum sunshine. Don't worry about deer eating it. Seldom severely damaged by deer.
